How does an Advisory Board work?
- There are typically 3 to 5 members
- Between 4 to 8 meetings in a calendar year
- Pre-set annual clock defines the main themes of the meetings
- Chairman arranged by LEAD Partners, secretary by the customer
- Meeting agenda set by the chairman in co-operation with the customer
- For each meeting, a memorandum prepared with “to do” -recommendations
- Between meetings there is active dialogue between the chairman and the customer
- Commitment for at least two years
