How does an Advisory Board work?
  • There are typically 3 to 5 members
  • Between 4 to 8 meetings in a calendar year
  • Pre-set annual clock defines the main themes of the meetings
  • Chairman arranged by LEAD Partners, secretary by the customer
  • Meeting agenda set by the chairman in co-operation with the customer
  • For each meeting, a memorandum prepared with “to do” -recommendations
  • Between meetings there is active dialogue between the chairman and the customer
  • Commitment for at least two years
